GENERAL

Q: How Do I Order On Your Website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you!

Q: Can I change my order after submitting it?
A: We work hard with our warehouses to ensure fast processing times. This means that after an order is placed, generally within minutes it is packaged, numbered, and sent out of the warehouse. If you do need to change your order after you have confirmed and submitted it, please contact us immediately.  We will do everything possible to update your order.

SHIPPING

Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world so it normally takes 14 to 21 business days however as factors outside of our control can come into play (i.e. weather delays, holidays, custom inspections etc) it is recommended to allow around 30 days. In very rare cases it can take up to 8 weeks for some products. Your patience is truly appreciated and please don’t forget that you always contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase. Our customer service is very fast!

Q: When will my order arrive?

Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide.

Q: I ordered multiple items, but have only received one of the items.
A: If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  This is due to our warehouses being located around the world and also to ensure you received each item as soon as possible.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Q: Will My Fox Hub pay any duty/tax required for me to collect my item?
A: My Fox Hub is not responsible for any destination country tax and/or duty charge that may be incurred. Customers will be accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country (destination country) and you refuse to accept the package or no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, My Fox Hub will not be responsible for any refund.

A: When you shop at My Fox Hub you are backed by out 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.  This means if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for an exchange or a full refund, less any shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your item.
